The Gravity app

Gravity processes selected images and PDFs on your Mac. Document contents and OCR results are not uploaded to Trillion Labs servers. The app does not include analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data on your device

The app handles selected documents, Markdown files you save, and application settings. Settings are stored in macOS app preferences. Temporary PDF page images created during OCR are designed to be removed when processing finishes or is cancelled.

The Gravity website

This website has no registration, document uploads, advertising, or first-party analytics scripts. Hosting and network providers may process standard access records such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information for security and delivery.

External connections

On first launch, the app connects to Hugging Face to download model files; document contents are not sent with these requests. Installer downloads and external links may be subject to the relevant service’s privacy policy. After model installation, document recognition is designed to run offline.
